GTools is an Australian-owned brand specialising in premium garage storage solutions, including modular workbenches, rolling tool cabinets, and garage flooring. Our Head Office and Exhibition Centre are in Brisbane, with distribution centres in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes! You can visit our Exhibition Centre in Brisbane to see our products in person. We also offer Virtual Consultations via video calls to showcase our products from the comfort of your home.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We deliver across Australia. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Collection may be available depending on the product and stock location. Contact us to confirm the location, availability and any charges. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

How long does shipping take?

  • In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation and receipt of full payment. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and freight service.
  • Metro areas: indicative transit time of 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on postcode and freight service.
  • Regional areas: indicative transit time of 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on postcode and freight service.

What do stock status labels mean?

  • Available Now – In stock, dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation and receipt of full payment.
  • Limited Stock – Limited quantities are available. If you’re planning a complete setup, contact us to confirm availability across the products you need.
  • Pre-Order – Reserve your item before the next shipment.
  • Sold Out – Currently unavailable; contact us for updates.

What happens if my delivery address isn’t serviced at checkout?

Contact us! We will manually arrange the best delivery option for you.

Will I get tracking details for my order?

Yes! Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

How do I design a modular garage workbench?

We provide free layout design assistance for Standard and Pro Modular setups, including a basic 3D visual to help you plan your space. From this layout, we can provide a quotation for the products and delivery. Send your measurements and photos to GTools.

How do I choose the right garage floor tiles?

  • 305 Series Chequer Plate Tiles: Solid surface with a diamond pattern for grip.
  • 400 Series Ribbed Tiles: Open grid for drainage and debris control.

How many floor tiles do I need?

Check the tile type before converting your required tile count into cartons: 305 Chequer Plate contains 22 tiles per carton; 400 Ribbed contains 15. The separate 305 Ribbed product contains 25 tiles per carton. Round up to whole cartons and allow for your layout and cuts.

Warranty & Returns

Do GTools products come with a warranty?

GTools workbenches and storage systems have a 12-month limited warranty from delivery or pickup for manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal domestic use. Commercial or industrial warranty terms may differ unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties apply where specifically advertised.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement parts or a swap if necessary.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to eligible, unused items in their original packaging and resalable condition, with approval required before return. Custom-made, clearance and modified products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions and return-freight responsibilities. Your rights for faulty goods are not excluded.
