Planning ahead for your garage? If a product is available for pre-order or currently sold out, contact us to check its next expected availability. Arrival dates can vary by product and shipment, so confirm the timing for the items you need before committing to a setup.

To discuss a pre-order, call 1300 047 878 or use the contact form below. Include the product name or code, quantity and delivery postcode. If you’re planning a larger setup, tell us which components you need together.

Before paying a deposit, ask us to confirm:

• Which products are available to reserve and their expected arrival dates.
• The deposit required, when the balance is due and the applicable cancellation conditions.
• The delivery or collection options and any freight charges.

Expected arrival and dispatch are separate stages. Once your items are in stock, dispatch is within 2 business days after order confirmation and receipt of full payment. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and freight service.
