Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across Australia using trusted third-party freight partners. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout or manually quoted if your address is not serviced.

Order Dispatch & Timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (if stock available).
  • Estimated delivery: metro areas 3–7 business days; regional areas 5–12 business days.

Delivery Methods Based on Item Size

  • Large or heavy items are delivered via pallet freight or tail-lift truck.
  • Smaller items (e.g., accessories, foam, flooring) are shipped via standard courier or postal services.

Freight Access Requirements

  • If you have a forklift at delivery, we can offer more cost-effective unloading.
  • If not, a tail-lift delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
  • Pickup from local depots in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth is available free of charge.

Unserviced or Remote Locations

If checkout rejects your delivery address, please contact us. We will manually source quotes from multiple carriers to find the best option.

Missed / Failed Deliveries

  • Ensure accurate delivery instructions and note if your location is residential.
  • Failed deliveries due to inaccessible addresses may incur re-delivery charges.

Damaged Goods

  • Inspect your delivery immediately and notify both the driver and us.
  • Email photos to allsales@gtools.au within 72 hours.
  • Please do not unpack damaged items until advised.

We will work with the freight provider to resolve any problems promptly.
