Terms of service

Terms & Conditions

1. Design Mockups & 3D Artwork

1.1 Any design mockups, custom drawings, or artwork provided by GTools must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to purchase. This ensures the final product meets your expectations.

1.2 GTools is not liable for errors or omissions in approved artwork. If a customer bypasses the review or uses an outdated design proof, any resulting issues (such as dimensions or layout errors) are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Quotations & Pricing

2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2.2 A quote is accepted when the customer provides a written or verbal go-ahead AND arranges payment. Until both are done, the quote is not a confirmed order.

2.3 If an obvious pricing error is discovered, GTools will notify the customer and provide the option to reconfirm the order or receive a refund.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 We accept Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer (EFT), and PayPal.

3.2 Orders will only be processed and goods dispatched after full payment has been received.

3.3 Bank transfers must include the invoice number as the payment reference, and remittance advice should be sent via email or SMS.

3.4 Payment must be visible in GTools’ system before release.

3.5 Goods remain the property of GTools until payment is received in full.

4. Stock Availability & Orders

4.1 Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Stock is not guaranteed until an order or deposit is placed.

4.2 A 10% deposit secures stock.

4.3 Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with our manufacturer, except in cases of significant delay beyond the indicated timeframe.

4.4 Inter-warehouse stock transfers may incur freight charges.

4.5 GTools is not responsible for unclaimed stock without a deposit.

5. Order Fulfilment

5.1 Orders require up to 48 business hours for warehouse processing after confirmation.

5.2 Orders over 24kg are palletised, in line with freight company protocols.

5.3 You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 GTools uses third-party delivery agents for all Australia-wide shipments. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location. While we work with trusted freight partners, GTools is not liable for delays once the shipment has left our warehouse.

6.2 Customers must ensure billing and delivery addresses are correct and specify whether the delivery location is residential or commercial.

6.3 If a forklift is not available at the delivery location, customers must request tailgate service in advance. Additional costs may apply.

6.4 Failed deliveries due to lack of unloading equipment or incorrect details may incur re-delivery charges.

6.5 Delivery is made to the nearest safe point. If the customer is unavailable, the freight will be returned and may incur rebooking fees.

6.6 Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the third-party freight provider, GTools is not liable for damage, delay, loss, or delivery errors caused by the delivery agent. All deliveries are conducted under the terms and liability of the freight provider. Customers should contact GTools promptly if an issue arises, and we will assist in coordinating a resolution where possible.

7. Pickup Options

7.1 Customers may request depot collection. Free depot storage is available for up to 5 business days. Daily storage fees may apply after.

7.2 Warehouse pickup requires confirmation, reference number, and appropriate vehicle.

8.2 Customers must take photographs with cartons intact and email images to allsales@gtools.au within 72 hours of delivery.

8.3 Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without photographic evidence may not be accepted.

8.4 Do not open damaged cartons before contacting GTools for instructions.

8.5 Subject to timely notification and approval by GTools, we will cover all return shipping and replacement costs for goods that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

8.6 Where a return is approved, products must be placed in their original packaging and in the same condition and format as when delivered, to ensure safe return and processing.

9.4 A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for items returned in non-original condition or missing packaging.

9.5 Custom-made, clearance, or modified products are not eligible for return under this policy.

9.6 Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be eligible. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
