Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom, clearance, or modified products are not eligible.
• Returns must be approved before sending items back.

How to Return

• Email allsales@gtools.au within 30 days.
• Include your order number and photos (if relevant).
• Return the item in original packaging.

Costs

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless it's our error).
• A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for non-original condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
