Change of Mind — 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible items from delivery or pickup. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns require GTools approval before goods are sent back. Custom-made, clearance and modified products are excluded from this voluntary change-of-mind policy.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a GTools error. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply in the circumstances set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after eligibility is confirmed.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Contact allsales@gtools.au with your order number and photographs so we can assess the issue and explain the next steps. For visible freight damage, notify the driver and contact us promptly. Follow our delivery and damage-reporting instructions.

Warranty

GTools workbenches and storage systems have a 12-month limited warranty from delivery or pickup for manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal domestic use. Commercial or industrial warranty terms may differ unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties apply where specifically advertised. Australian Consumer Law

Our voluntary returns policy and limited warranty are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Conditions for change-of-mind returns do not exclude your statutory rights for faulty goods.
